What Methods of Payment Do You Accept?
We accept all major credit cards in our online store and at pop-ups and other markets. Cash and Zelle are also acceptable forms of payment at pop-ups and other in person markets.
Do you Accept Gift Certificates Online?
Electronic Gift Cards for the store can be purchased directly from the website. The code provided via email can be entered for redemption at check out. Each code is for one time use only.
What Organization(s) Will Receive the Donated Funds?
We support different local animal rescue organizations. Please check the store home page for details of who is the current recipient of funds raised.
How do Returns Work?
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it (tags attached). It must also be in the original packaging.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are returning for size, return your original item and place an additional order for your new size.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Passionately Pets Returns, 1 E Bellefonte Ave, Alexandria VA 22301. Include your original packing slip, noting what item(s) you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Can I Return Sale items?
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
What if I Received a Damaged Item?
We will gladly replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you are experiencing this, please send us an email at jenna@passionatelypets.com.
What if I Need to Return a Gift?
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
